Financial assistant
Job Description

The overall role of the financial assistant is to assure the accurate, timely recording and communication of financial information.

Reporting to: General Manager
Subordinates: None

I.Key result areas:
Key Result Areas Standards of Operation
Financial Info Communication Accurately collect and transmit all financial information
Bank Statement On a daily basis check all bank transactions and assign proper account designation to each. Email the information to designated parties.
Receiving Ensure the accurate recording of all incoming shipments of products and supplies.
Shipping Ensure the accurate recording of all outgoing shipments
Accounts Receivable Ensure that payment for all customer orders is received and accurately recorded
Accounts Payable Ensure the timely, accurate payment of funds to all suppliers
Cash management Handle disbursement of cash to company staff.
Expenses Ensure the timely, accurate collection and recording of all expense records
Ad hoc Any other duties assigned by the general manager

Vocation degree in financial discipline
Habits - punctual, detail-oriented, meticulous, conscientious, self-motivated
Phone manner - professional, warm, friendly,
Putonghua - standard spoken. Strong writing skills.
English - ability to read English product information and day-to-day emails
