Job Position: Data Executive
Reports to: Data Analyst
1. Position Summary
To deliver data analysis services to support client’s marketing requirements. This includes ad-hoc project, pre-campaign T.A. profiling, post-campaign evaluation, and all reporting needs for campaigns. It requires an investigative mindset and strong attention to detail due to the importance of the customer data. It also requires the ability to present data in a format that will be clearly understood.
2. Key Objectives of Role
Support client’s data requirements for all data-driven marketing activity.
Champion data quality within Ford’s customer database.
Contribute to delivering the highest quality of Data Services to Wunderman’s clients.
3. Day to Day Responsibilities
Data preparation for client’s marketing campaign/activity
Data extract, transfer, and load to relevant database/sheet
Data quality assurance: assessment, cleansing, and correction
Report generation based on pre-defined template: ad hoc, regular
Data distribution to related parties
Data merge and de-duplication
Data pre-processing for analytics task
Assist Data Analyst and CRM Planning Office to develop data flow process
Revise and update SOP, Standard Operation Process
User Acceptance Testing
4. Core Skills
Good knowledge of database architectures
Good knowledge of Excel and Access
Understanding of CRM and database marketing
Ability to foresee problems and uncover the fundamental issues relating to data management
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent attention to detail
5. Qualifications
1 year in a data executive role
BA/Master in Statistics, Economy, Operational Research, Business, Marketing or Social Science
Knowledge of Statistics
Can process data, provide reporting independently
Can work under pressure
With exp in research firm or agency a plus
Can-do attitude

This includes ad-hoc project, pre-campaign target analysis. profiling, post-campaign evaluation, and all reporting needs for campaigns. It requires an investigative mindset and strong attention to detail due to the importance of the customer data. It also requires the ability to present data in a format that will be clearly understood.
2. Key Objectives of Role
Support client’s data requirements for all data-driven marketing activity.
Champion data quality within clients customer database.
Contribute to delivering the highest quality of Data Services to Wunderman’s clients.
3. Day to Day Responsibilities
Request: execute Data Requests from the account team
Database: Assessment of database issues (quality and functionality) and propose solutions.
3rd party: Manage the process of loading and maintaining "rented" lists of prospect data from 3rd party suppliers.
Pre-campaign evaluation: Cost evaluation, ROI, response rate,
Post-campaign assessment: response, ROI, gap analysis,……
Regular reporting: report template developing, regular report generation and insight finding
Data flow and process: Assist the CRM Planning Officer to document data flows chart and processes
Questionnaire: Design questionnaire
Contact history: Manage the upload of outbound customer contact history.
Documentation: Ensure documentation is created and maintained in an accurate and timely manner
UAT: User Acceptance Testing of system, website, online media exposure and email campaign
4. Core Skills
Query writing skills with 1. SQL or Access 2. Excel
Good knowledge of database architectures and data schema
Good knowledge of Excel and Access
Understanding of CRM and database marketing
Experience in documentation of business rules (preferred)
Ability to foresee problems and uncover the fundamental issues relating to data management
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience of SPSS or other statistical applications preferrred
5. Qualifications
2+ years in a data analysis role
BA/Master in Statistics, Economy, Operational Research, Business, Marketing or Social Science
Advanced knowledge of Statistics
Can analyze data, provide reporting independently
Can work under pressure
With exp in research firm a plus
Can-do attitude
