岗位职责：
1、呼叫中心电话的呼入和呼出；
2、完成团队下达的销售客服工作。
职位要求：
1、口齿清晰，熟练听懂上海话，普通话标准，声音动听；
2、思维敏捷，有良好的电话沟通技巧和服务意识；
3、能熟练使用五笔，打字速度快（80字/分钟）；
4、有呼叫中心，销售或客服工作经验者优先。
