职位描述：
Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent

1.Receives, sorts, verifies and enters sales orders
timely and accurately.
2.Revises Sales report as soon as possible when necessary.
3.Handles channel data enquiry.
4.Issues all the sales manager inquiry and handles their enquiry.
5.Assists Supervisor to handle sales team complaints.
6.Assists Supervisor to maintain channel database and filing.
7.Prepares Daily Sales Report to HD/SDG Department.
8.Helps Sales Department on new product launch and various promotions progress.
9.Maintains a good relationship with the other function department and sales field force.
10.Assists Supervisor to analysis the data management and business management.
11.Assists Supervisor to optimize the daily management.

Incumbent Requirements
1.College degree or above, English reading is essential.
2.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Familiar with Microsoft Office Software,Excel,Powerpoint
4.Patient, hardworking, careful and responsible.
5.Secretarial working experience or customer service background is preferable.
