(3)Familiar with fundamental detection and estimation methods. (4)Familiar with channel estimation and synchronization. (5)Experience in soft decoding (e.g., Turbo, LDPC) is a plus. (6)Knowledge of wireless standards (e.g., IEEE 802.16, 3GPP LTE) is a plus. (7)Experience in writing English papers is a plus.
