职位描述：

主要职责:

呼叫中心需要每天24小时，每周七天为客户提供服务，CRC员工工作时间为：6：30-9：30以及18：00-22：00
AC会接触到公司和客户的敏感信息；
所以在与外部实体沟通时，必须谨慎行事

1.接听欧美部所有客户的电话
2.根据需要，协助或为客户提供必要的服务
3.确保往来文件，任务执行和通信联系正确输入到NACS系统之中
4.在团队合作下工作，确保案件的正确处理
5.执行操作部经理和/或欧美部负责人分配的工作

基本要求:

1.大专及以上学历
2.良好的英文运用能力（包括口语和书写）
3.良好的书面与口头的沟通能力
4.良好的电话客户服务技巧
5.良好的微机操作技能（WORD，EXCEL，INTERNET），和快速的打字能力
6.有医疗、汽车或旅***业背景者优先
