- Responsible for order & shipment follow up with factories & vendors, coordinating with customer's logistics department, system update, inspections arrangement, preparing production & shipment reports.
-Well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking, willing to work overtime if necessary.
-Energetic, self-motivated, systematic, independent, a problem solver and team player.
-Proficient in both written & spoken English with good communication skills & hands on experience in word, excel and e-mail.
-Experienced preferred.
