Intern: Sales & Marketing
Williams ConEx is a division of Williams (HK) Ltd, concentrating in the convention and exhibition services from Hong Kong to Greater China. Williams ConEx has earned itself the reputation being a reliable and successful event services provider in the industry of convention and exhibition.

To cope with our business expansion in various dimensions, we are currently looking for placement with suitable caliber to fill the following position.

Responsibilities:
1． Support the Marketing Department on a variety of office projects;
2． Support and coordinate sales & marketing activities in relevant markets
3． Provide sales administrative support to the whole sales team
4． Conducting and analyzing research;
5． Participating in proposal and pitch development for new and existing client projects;
Requirements:
1． Good (reading, writing and speaking) in Chinese & English, Cantonese is a plus;
2． Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3． Organized, focused and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
4． Available to work 2-3 days a week; Juniors or sophomores are preferred
