Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-the-ground administrative support to the team (e.g., meeting arrangement, travel/agenda management etc.)

Be responsible for monthly business data tracking report

Lead or participate into key organization events (e.g., presentation etc.)

Qualifications Needed:

College or Bachelor degree

Good command of English is required (oral and written)

Strong communication, collaboration and follow up skills

Strong leadership and solutions skills

Expert competence in Microsoft word, power point, excel

Strong sense of data management

Any working experience in secretarial or administrative area is preferred
