职位描述：
Reporting To: Direct marketing supervisor
Major responsibilities:

Assist Direct Marketing supervisor to manage database and other relate activities, including customer mailing, outbound calls in order to maximize renewal customer conversion.
·Assist Direct Marketing supervisor to manage the database hot-prospect and dispatch daily task/duties within the DM team
·Collect customer's information from outbound team and distribute to dealer
·Clean database
·Collect dealer's information
·Mailing booklet to customer
Qualifications:
·University degree level education as a minimum requirement
·High level fluency in English & Mandarin
·Strong written translation skills
·Good level of computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc)
·Good communication skills
·Detail oriented person, with strong organizational skills(database management)
