C2 Microsystem is a start-up IC company which focuses on media processor design. Now there are multiple openings for IC designers (Including Interns).
Job 002
Job Requirements:
1) BSEE or MSEE with 3+ years working experience in DSP/CPU design.
2) Strong background in microprocessor architecture and experience in datapath design including gate-level cell placement.
3) Experience in the design of fixed point and floating point arithmetic units.
4) Able to program in Perl/Tcl/C. Able to program with python is a plus
5) Static timing analysis with Primetime
6) Experience with synthesis flow.
7) Experience in low power designs is a plus.
8) Good communication in English
Job Description:
Job opening for hardware design engineer to work on design of high-speed DSP core design with 90nm or below technology. Daily work includes datapath and pipeline stage optimization, gate-level design of high speed datapath, timing analysis.

1) BSEE or MSEE with 3+ years working IC-design experience in one of the following fields: image processing, video codec, ARM integration, USB2.0.
2) Experience with Verilog, synthesys tool and verification with vera or e-language.
3) Experience with AMBA bus.
4) Static timing analysis with Primetime
5) Good communication in English

Responsibilities include:
Co-develop ASIC specification, micro-architecture of functional blocks
Work out designs of those functional blocks
Do verification at block level and chip level
Work with team on the sysnthesis and timing analysis during chip development.
