职位描述：

Ossur seeks an electrical engineer with some experience of circuit design and PCB layout. Manufacturing knowledge is preferable.

The applicant is expected to play an important role in manufacturing transfer of electronic products currently manufactured in Europe and US over to Asian subcontractors. The applicant will evaluate different manufactures, prepare documents and design specifications and communicate with manufacturers during the transfer phase. The applicant also has the task of verifying the quality of the produced goods and confirms that the pilot runs are within specifications.

The applicant is also expected to work on design projects as the electrical engineering specialist of a mechatronics group formed in Shanghai. This part of the job will include reviewing previous designs with regards to further modularisation of components.

Lastly, the applicant is expected to work with the mechatronics group on new designs, either based on internal ideas or by working with external parties such as research institutes and universities.
