Description
As a Support Consultant, your responsibilities will involve providing a variety of support services for the SUMTOTAL for customer in e-learning domain.
You will support customers in their use of the e-learning Business.You will be responsible for trouble-shooting and evaluating incoming problems. This will involve liaising with partners and customers to analyse technical and business issues.
You will work as part of a global team to solve the issues and achieve customer satisfaction. The team will be aided by knowledge databases and a world-class support infrastructure.

Qualifications
- University education in areas of IT, Engineering or Accounting
- Programming or IT-related experience.
- Experience with business software solutions.
- Good understanding of business processes through actual work experience.
- Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-working abilities.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
- Familiar with .NET methodology
