Within two years, the trainees receive systematic and comprehensive trai ning on product and process, technical and commercial knowledge, professionali sm and leadership, rotate in various departments in Siemens Ltd. China as well as our operating companies in Shanghai, Wuxi and Shenzhen and finally apprent ice on-the-job in regional offices throughout China. After the succesfful prog ram graduation, the trainees become technically proficient sales representati ves, project managers, site managers, and business development specialists, et c. This form excellent foundation for their career path in Siemens. Training contents at a glance: • Culture and Behavior: Siemens corporate culture, team building. "Tran sition From Students to Professionals" • Product and Process: vocational training as electrician ; Power Tra nsmission and Distribution technology and application ; Vacumm technology; Gas Insulated Switchgear technology ; Medium Voltage switchgears ; Application i n Wind industry, etc. • Rotation in various departments in Siemesn Ltd. China and 3 factorie s in Shanghai, Wuxi, Shenzhen: Factory assembling, Offer and Order Department, Customer service department, Marketing department, Business Development Depa rtment, etc. • Real tasks are given to individuals as well as to teams during depar tment rotation.
