Job Summary:

This position is a temporary position for the EvenHi Storage telephone servi
ce. He/She will be responsible for answering the questions and solve the tec
hnical issue via 400 telephone service for EvenHi partners and end-users,

From this, consolidate the possible issue, requirement and other relevant in
formation from the market. Be the focal point of sales and service for EvenH
i telephone market

Key Activities/Responsibilities:
" Telephone pickup answering questions from hotline
" Issue consolidation and answer consolidation
" Forward the other issue from hotline
" Bookkeeping potential partners and end-users
" Develop possible Q&A documents
" Develop User requirement based on the hotline question
" Organize and streamline the problem and make suggestions or the service
" Telephone focal point of Sales and Service

Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate student
Work Experience: Computer or EE degree Department
Work Requirements: Six hours a day at least per day in the office

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

" Good team player
" Microsoft Window and Office Skill
