职位描述：

Essential Character Set:

Previous software test experience;
Stability and continuous working experience;

Desirable Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or other equivalent;
Familiarity with Borland SilkTest, Mercury LoadRunner or similar testing tools;

Job Responsibilities:
Set-up test environment including installing databases, application servers and various application configurations, run test scripts, report defects using a tracking system;
Learn functionality of application under test, use testing tools and tool scripting language, script test cases; run automated test scripts

工作职责
建立包括安装数据库，服务器应用及其他结构运用的测试环境，运行测试脚本，用跟踪系统报告运行中的问题；
在测试过程中掌握应用功能,如何使用测试工具和测试工具的脚本语言,学会编写测试方案；运行自动测试脚本。
