职位描述：
The Overall Responsibility
- Scientific, administrative and supervisory responsibility for a chemical laboratory
- Design, execution and documentation of small scale synthesis of chemicals considering economical, safety and ecological aspects of the synthesis for future scale up in commercial scale

The Skills required:
- Ability to carry out literature searches (also via electronic media)
- Broad experience in organic synthesis (minimum PhD in organic chemistry)
- Background/ability to learn industrial chemical requirements
- (manufacturability, ecology, economy, safety aspects of a process)
- Basic understanding of MSDS, Safety and ESHA aspects
- Computer literate (Word, Power Point, Excell)
- Understanding of basic analytical methods (GC, HPLC, IR, UV)
- Fluent in English (written, spoken)

Personality Profile
- Understanding and strong commitment to meet quality and timelines
- Ability / experience to work in an international team
- Ability/ experience to supervise personne-
- Ability to communicate
