职位描述：

• Preparation of business information reports /statistics and data analysis as directed by Head, LC China.
• Co-ordination of business issues & routine correspondence duties arising from the by Head, LC China.
• Co-ordination of the communication between the office of by Head, LC China and other units of the Bank in the most effective and efficient manner;
• Assisting the by Head, LC China in conducting ad hoc projects with a view to develop marketing plans, strategy and other projects targeting at enhancing efficiency & a congenial working environment for the staff in China;
• Planning, organization and coordination of public, business events, activities independently or in conjunction with the Bank's Public Affairs including but not limited to customer seminars, offsite meetings etc;
• General administrative responsibilities including but not limited to secretarial support.
