Responsibilities:
1. Define and make process control plan, to have process under control. 制定工艺制程控制计划，使生产处于可控状态
2. To optimise the process to increase capacity and reduce variable cost ; 优化工艺，增加产能，降低可变成本。
3. Make good statistic for production/process data and provide it to managemeng, and give right proposal or solution as well.对生产工艺数据做良好的统计分析，并将结果提供给管理层，同时提出自己的建议或解决方案。
4. Communicate related problem with foreign specialist.与国外专家将相关问题做良好沟通。
5. Review, input and study daily production, process data, write technical report. 检查、输入和研究生产日常数据和工艺数据并写技术报告。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or college level, major in Mechanical engineering, good skill in English(CET-4) and computer(skill for MS office) ; 学士学位或大学水平，机械或化工工程专业，良好的英语(英语4级)和计算机水平（熟练MS office) ;
2. Work initiatively, Good at problem huntting and trouble shootting ;工作积极主动，善于发现问题解决问题；
3. Good communcation and can cooperate with differnt department people. 良好的沟通能力,能与其他部门人员良好地配合工作。
4. Opening mind and Self discipline, be able to work under pressure. 开阔的视野及较强的自律性，能够在承受工作压力
