职位描述：

工作地点：上海南汇（ARKEMA Shanghai Copolyamides Manufacturer NanHui阿科玛上海共聚酰胺南汇制造部）

Responsibilities:
1. Improve and maintain Quality management system following requirement of ISO9001:2000 standard; 按照ISO9001 :2000标准改进并维护公司的质量管理体系。
2. Improve and maintain HSE management system to achieve safety production goal ; 改进并维护公司的安全管理体系以达到安全生产的目标 。
3. Organize regularly internal/external audit to find and reporting those non-conformities with ISO system, then continue improve management system following PDCA principle ; .定期组织内部/外部质量审核，发现并汇报不符合，并按照PDCA的原则持续改进。
4. Prepare materials and data for management review. Follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.为管理层评审提供相应的材料和数据，跟进纠正及预防措施的实施。
5. Make sure customer claims are timely and satisfactorily handled. 确保客户投诉及时满意地处理。
6. Liase with certified body and relevant government offices related to QHSE management and make sure the company is compliance with HSE rules and regulations.与政府部门及相关资质机构就质量、卫生、安全及环境方面保持联络，确保公司符合国家相关政策和规定。
7. Organize HSE activities according to requirement from HSE department of Greater China. 按照大中国安全部的要求展开相应的安全、卫生及环境的活动。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or college level, major in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, good skill in English and computer ; 学士学位或大学水平，机械或化工工程专业，良好的英语和计算机水平;
2. Have certain ISO9001 related working expeirence, would like to accept challenge for tough work on Quality/HSE management career. 有一定的ISO9001 工作经验，愿意在质量安全管理职业生涯接受挑战工作。
3. Opening mind and Self discipline, be able to work under pressure. 开阔的视野及较强的自律性，能够在承受工作压力
4. Good communcation and can cooperate with differnt department people. 良好的沟通能力,能与其他部门人员良好地配合工作。
