职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
- Users’ first level IT support to users.
- Installation of Hardware and Software, Operation System Installing
- Entry Level Network/Hardware maintenance and repairing. e.g. File server administration, end user PC trouble shooting, etc.;
- Data Backup for users and servers monthly.
- Based in both plant and office, and also be the backup for the IT colleague.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in system administration, e.g. AD, DC, DHCP, WINS, etc
- Basic knowledge on network, e.g. LAN/WAN/VPN;
- Basic knowledge on storage and backup system;
- Good teamwork spirits;
- Result and customer service orientation;
- Good knowledge in MS Windows and MS Office.
- Good communication skills both in Chinese & English.
- The fast learning and developing orientation.
