职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install local area and wide area networks and troubleshoot network and server related problems.Interface with network providers such as AT&T to ensure proper level of service for network users.Enhance and maintain LAN's and WAN's to ensure proper level of service.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to anticipate, create and seize the opportunities to make improvements and take responsibility without hesitation.

Being flexible and able to change to meet the challenges of new circumstances. The ability to develop new ideas and apply innovative approaches to problems and issues.

The desire to consistently pursue personal growth, learning and development and be honorable and respectful following ethical principles.

Knowledge of Microsoft NT network operating systems and NT server operating system.

Network and server troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English and provide superior customer service.

Knowledge or network hardware such as switches, routers, hubs, etc.

Ability to work closely with voice, data and video network providers to acquire and maintain cost effective systems.

Bachelor degree or above, good English communication skill both of oral and written
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Would provide work direction to other network technical resources.
