The following Online departments are seeking passionate, dynamic, web-savvy individuals to help quickly identify and resolve customer and user concerns:

* AdWords works closely with Google’s advertisers, helping them meet their advertising goals by providing excellent customer service, reviewing ads and keywords, troubleshooting advertising campaigns, and optimizing customer ads in order to maximize their return on investment.
* AdSense uses basic technical skills to provide technical support to webmasters and website designers, reviews and monitors publisher websites for adherence to program policies, and troubleshoot customers’ technical issues.
* Search Quality Evaluation in Beijing is part of a world-wide effort to ensure the best quality search results possible. Team members are web-savvy, and passionate about creating a great experience for users of Google’s Internet search.
* Product Specialists have a strong understanding of all Google’s products, and will drive, support and deliver localized programs to educate the Google China sales organization, as well as its clients, on ongoing product developments.

Requirements:

* 1+ Year of Working Experience
* BA/BS degree.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
* Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to read, write and speak English and Mandarin.

Pluses:

* Prior customer or client service experience.
* Ability to speak Cantonese fluently.
* Ability to read and write traditional Chinese characters.
