职位描述：

Essential
Character Set: • Highly motivated;
• Artistic & Creative;
• Able to think outside the box;
• Ability to work independently;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Good time management and time estimation skills;
Essential Skills Set: • Good command of Photoshop/Fireworks or similar graphics editing tools;
• High level of written & spoken English;
• Familiar with user interface design concepts;
• Experience in web based design;
Desirable Requirements: • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, or W3C DOM implementation;
• Understanding of browser variations (IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari etc…);
Job Responsibilities: • Produce artwork (icons, banners, buttons etc.);
• Design and implement layout and concept for overall website;
• Help test and review user interface flow and processes;
• Make the website design “come true”;
• Communicate and interact with the brand designer and marketing department;

• 具有网页设计的经验；
优先考虑: • 了解CSS、HTML、W3C DOM工具；
• 了解当前流行的各种网页浏览器，例如：IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari 等；
工作职责: • 承担设计的工作，例如制作网页上的小图标(icons)、条幅(banners)、按钮(buttons)等；
• 为整个网站设计布局并具体地操作实施编排方案；
• 帮助测试和检查用户界面的流量过程
• 促使网站设计的实现
• 与品牌设计师、市场部门进行有效沟通和交流
