Customer Service Officer---replacement

Hiring manager: Customer Service Manager
Department: Customer Service Department

Working Relations:
Internal：Production department, Purchase & Logistic department, Finance department, Local Sales People
External：Customer, Overseas Sales People

Job Responsibilities:
Correct order information Capturing
Maintain correct order data in SAP
Provide accurate report by month
Be authorized to collect sale data

Tasks:
Keep the close business contact with each sales person including confirming the price, urge goods and capturing correct order information from sales people ;
Check stock availability to ensure providing correct stock status to each sales
Key in order details into SAP system, place sales orders to Production department, prepare sales contract/order acknowledgement to the customers and follow up countersigned sales contract from the customers;
Coordinate with Production Planner and logistics to meet customer’s urgent requirements on orders;
Review L/C application forms from customers and coordinate with logistics and finance on LC issues;
Maintain customer/order database and document filing
Help to prepare relevant sales report;

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree with major in International Trade or Accountancy is preferred;
Fluent in oral and written English, pass CET-6 is preferred.
This year’s graduates is acceptable;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good computer skills.
