职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and taking messages;
- Greet clients, other visitors and direct them to appropriate staff;
- Hotel and Air ticket booking;
- Receive and distribute mails, couriers and fax;
- Arrange meeting room;
- Reimburse relevant payment, such as air ticket, name card, and express fee etc;
- Managing office supply including stationery, drinks
- Assist with office works assigned
Qualification:
- College degree or above;
- Fresh graduate is welcomed;
- Proficiency in English, both in spoken and written;
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills;
- Good computer skills in MS Windows and Office;
- Good literature;
- Integrity, service oriented, self-motivated, honest, hospitable and friendly, patient and efficient, detailed oriented;
- High sense of responsibility, quick responsive & cooperative, proactive and good manner of receptionist.
