职位描述/要求:

Job Responsibilities:

To harmonize customers' requirements and M+H's interests, so that a high customers' satisfaction will be reached and the customer related operational and strategic guidelines will be fulfilled.

Successful realization of assigned products development projects, as measured by BE -time- and quality targets-from acquisition to handover to manufactory.

Tasks:

1.Operational tasks:

Steering- and coordination tasks, like

To visit customers (R&D, Purchasing, etc.)

To take care of customers in house and on the phone

To prepare and accomplish presentations

To analyze customers' requirements and their appraisement concerning feasibility at M+H

To distribute inquiries, which meet M+H’s strategy-> fill it in and VHD (PRF)

To prepare and track contracts (sample-, design-, test contracts) with adjustment

To prepare and forward cost request.

To track orders.

Placement of issues about quality.

To build Lost Order Analyze

Technical tasks

To consult for application questions.

To initiate concept suggestions for development

Commercial tasks

To make quotation in consulting with Head of Sales and M+H Headquarter

To prepare and accomplish price negotiations (work together with Controlling) for new projects (series-, sample price, WZG/tooling- and development costs) in the:

Quotation phase

After receipt of contracts

For series projects ongoing

To prepare and accomplish cost conversations with customers

To coordinate price-/cost analyze on customers' requests

To make operational sale-/turnover plans in consulting with/together with respective bases and M+H headquarter

2.Strategic tasks

Formulation of customer strategy, in terms of product portfolio, product requirements, sales-, turnover development, M+H structure requirements.

To observe competitor

To make target Agreements

3.Projects related tasks

Project organization (team, documentation)

Project coordination from acquisition phase to hand over to series production:

Project plan

Project control

Project documentation

Timely invoicing in terms of samples, tooling and R+D revenues.

Analyse and introduction of methods of improvement in project budge deflection

General dates supervision

To make Customer-Cost-Break-down on the basic of quotation calculation (work together with project controlling)

Coordination and support for cost analyze conferences with customers

To initiate and track Q-activities (Quality Gates, QM Plan, FMEA’s Design Review)

Coordination and possibly obtain the successful release (extern & intern)

Requirements:

Education/Major: University or above graduate in engineering (automotive or mechanical preferred) or business administration

Experiences:2 years sales and/or project management in automotive supplier (international), management experience at least 2 years

Knowledge & Skills: MS-Office,

Foreign language/Computer ability : Fluent English in both oral and written.

Personal Quality: Leadership capability, motivating people, ability to assert oneself, teamwork skills, reliable, self-responsible, structured working style
