job description

Industrial Engineer BPO Operations – Global Delivery.
· Applies time study and motion study;
· Draw and study process map
· Applies data collection and analysis
· Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods based on process knowledge.
· Provide Process / Industrial Engineering support, driving continuous Operational Process improvements, driving projects to achieve Business goals.
· Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors. Knowledge of some Simulation / programming skills is desirable.
· Communicates with internal customer to push the project schedule

Automate Excel reporting system

Qualifications
your profile:

Bachelor's (undergraduate)degree or Master's (undergraduate)degree
in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering
Desirable – ME/M.Tech/MS in Industrial Engineering,

Product-oriented certificates (e.g.MCSE)
Broad technology knowledge(UNIX,NT)
Analytical problem-solving skills
Knowledge management skills:creation and re-use of intellectual capital
Excellent communication skills
Team player:ability and willingness to motivate and support other engineers
Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models(e.g.shift,call
availability,etc.)

Sound theoretical knowledge of method and time study
Understanding of Production Planning Methodology
knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques.
Microsoft office software skill(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc )
