Responsibility:
1.Supports internal communication such as outing, notice board
2.Supports Expatriates Management
3.Maintains and manages attendance system
4.Be in charge of commercial insurance
5.Participates in updating HR information database system
6.Conducts probation appraisal process of new staff
7.Assists HR consultant with documentation
8.Responds to other queries from HR Manager and HR colleagues

Requirements:
1.college's degree of engineer / administration / management of University；
2.familiar with Microsoft office ；
3.Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources；
4.Strong administrative and organizational skills

Schneider Shanghai Power Distribution Electrical Apparatus Co. Ltd. (SSPA) Was established in January 1996. It is a joint venture between Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co. Ltd.(SECI) and Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Co. Ltd.(SEAC). The total investment is USD 18M, among which SECI holds 80% and SEAC holds 20%. As the unique manufacturer of "Masterpact" low voltage air breaker, SSPA's new factory located in Kangqiao Industrial Zone is specially designed and constructed to cope with the most advanced process of France. The assembly lines are equipped with modern tools. The company has set strict standards to ensure the quality of the product. Now "Masterpact" air breakers are widely used in China. The headcount in 2003 is 180.
