(Senior) Mobile Phone Application Software Engineer

Department: System Software group

Responsibility

We are developing Application Layer and User Interface software for 2G/2.5G/3G
Mobile Phones for the worldwide market. Our development activities include th
e development of Software platform for GSM/GPRS/EDGE Phone, as well as product
s in cooperation with other team.

l Creation of interface specification and design of software module

l Realization of software modules.

l Planning and performing unit test

l Maintaining of software modules

l Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or telecommunica
tion

l Strong software development skills, professional knowledge and exper
ience with C/C++/JAVA

l Familiar with Application and User Interface Software development, p

l In charge of hardware driver development for such as LCD, camera, Bl
uetooth chipset, flash

l Definition and qualification of main MMI components

l Qualify, release and supervise the components for mass production

l Documentation of work progress and results

l Project management and coordination of MMI components between mechan
ical department and external suppliers

l Bachelor degree or above major in Electronics Engineering

l 2 years working experience in MMI component driver for Mobile Phone,
PDA or other embedded system.
