职位描述：

任职要求：
1. Extensive experience with the Chinese Corporate and labor law
2. Good understanding of industrial (preferably aluminium) strategies
3. Very experienced with Mergers and Acquisitions processes
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Experience with the western business culture
6. Ability to work in teams in a decentralized context focusing on trust and open communications

职位职责：
1. Supply legal support to existing operations Ex. Commercial agreements, supply agreements, labor issues, and employment contracts
2. Support Corp and sector's business development projects: Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Venture agreements, expansion projects
3. Legal responsibility for incorporation of new businesses
