职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
-Compile & maintain contractual documents between Bayer MaterialScience Coatings Greater China and its distributors, customers, and other entities.
-Oversee marketing documents and tools like brochures, newsletters, focused websites, etc., by providing content ideas and coordinate contribution of content by various internal parties.
-Oversee internal coordination of work activities in the preparation of relevant seminars, conferences and exhibitions.
-Sourcing, purchasing & maintaining of external reports, including customer and competitor brochures, annual reports, etc.
-Identifying any improper usage of Bayer MaterialScience Coatings Intellectual Property Rights, e.g. Trademarks, Logos, Brandnames, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor degree, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related.
-Relevant experience in marketing function preferred, or evidence of such abilities.
-Excellent co-ordination and organization skill, initiative, good ability to prioritize workload quickly and effectively (i.e. project management).
-Excellent in communicating with people, a good teamplayer.
-Fluent in both English and Chinese.
-Good computer skills in handling Powerpoint, Excel and other IT tools.
-Able to work in complex environments under high pressure.
