- This individual is dedicated to support all China operations.
OBJECTIVE
The China CI Leader is responsible for identifying, facilitating and implement
ing continuous improvements in key processes that support the continuous impro
vement goals of China.
KEY FUNCTIONS
1. Drive delivery of budget and forecast commitments, Continuous Improvement O
bjectives and initiatives
2. Lead high impact, high delivery Continuous Improvement projects to conclusi
on.
3. Support plants in identification and prioritization of Continuous Improveme
nt projects for roadmap population.
4. Support the plant’s CI team in successfully implementing high impact Conti
nuous Improvement projects.
5. Qualified support for both high technical content projects and workshops (V
SM).
6. Training and Mentoring Continuous Improvement resources.
7. Identify and facilitate leveraging of Continuous Improvement projects.
8. Work on Lean Master Projects.
