职位描述：

Skill Requirements:
1. BS or above in Computer Science or related Engineering field.
2. To analyze requirements, write design or program specifications
3. To code Java/J2EE applications to implement product features.
4. Hands on experience in J2EE/Java based solution development for Linux/Unix based commercial deployment environment.
5. Must be familiar with JSP, Servlet, JDBC, MVC, struts, ant, Java Bean etc. Understand OOA&D.
6. Must be familiar with Oracle 10g, have hands on experience with stored procedure, function, trigger etc.
7. Have experience with Weblogic application server, or Jboss AS server, apache web server.
8. Expertise required in javascript, HTML/CSS, Java.
9. Excellent communication skills.
