职位描述：

Job Title Team Leader
Department R & D

Reports to CTO
Essential Character Set:
• Highly motivated;
• Able to react and work quickly and under pressure according to situation;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Excellent management and people skills;
• Good time management and time estimation skills;
Essential Skills Set:
• Good command of English;
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Rich PHP/Java/J2EE web project experience;
• Good understanding of software development process, including implementing major improvements;
Desirable Requirements:
• Familiar with system security and data backup models;
• Experience in Linux operating system and configuration / running of server services (Apache, PHP, MySQL, SNMP, OpenVPN etc.);
Job Responsibilities:
• Build up and manage a web development team;
• Ensure and supervise the team’s high quality and efficiency;
• Be the technical leader on all current and future projects;
• Cooperate and communicate with the Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Design and HR teams to identify product features, prioritize tasks, track schedules and deliver an excellent product and user experience;

优先考虑：
• 熟悉系统安全性和数据备份模型；
• 丰富的Linux操作系统、结构、服务器上程序（Apache, PHP, MySQL, SNMP, OpenVPN等）运行的经验；
工作职责：
• 建立并且管理一个网站开发团队；
• 保证并且监督团队高质量高效率完成任务；
• 作为现有或以后项目的技术指导与业务拓展、市场销售、设计、人力资源有效的合作交流以保证产品的特色、任务的优化、时间进度控制，从而为用户提供优秀的产品和使用经验。
