Job Description of Validation Technician

Based on the XScale micro-architecture, Marvell’s cellular and applications processors feature advanced integration, multimedia acceleration, and superior power savings that propel the evolution of mobile devices.

Responsibilities
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for Linux Board Support Package (BSP) and application validation based upon XScale micro-architecture. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

- Test planning and test case execution
- Bug management and quality report

Qualifications
The candidate must possess a College degree or Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in Embedded Linux* OS or equivalent
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance or testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English read/write/speak capability
- Knowledge of XScale micro-architecture or ARM* architecture will be optional
- Knowledge of smartphone will be optional
- Knowledge of hardware will be optional
