Job description:
1.Receiving calls and visitors, transfer to the right person;
2.Administration affairs, such as managing mails, faxes, office stationery, booking tickets and hotel;
3.Handling some personnel affairs;
4.Responsible for the office equipment maintenance;
5.Other assignments by manager
Requirements:
1.Strong sense of responsibility;
2.Open, honest and teamwork spirit;
3.Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
4.Experience in finance or IT is preferred;

NSF Shanghai Co., Ltd., the J.V. founded by NSF International and Shanghai Audit Centre of Quality System (SAC). NSF was founded in 1944 and is headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI U.S.A. As the only subsidiary of NSF International in China, NSF will provide the accredited registration service to organization, including Management System Registration and Product Certification, Product Testing and Evaluation, as well as other related service. Product Certification business mainly includes Food Equipments certification; Water Distribution System certification; Pluming System Components certification; Drinking Water Treatment Units certification; Pool and Spa Equipments certification etc; Management System Registration business mainly includes ISO9001:2000, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949, HACCP, etc.
