MISSION:
-Support East China production offices IT infrastructure to ensure the high availability
-Provide efficient IT support for East China stores
-East China region store IT openings
-Cooperate with international or Asia IT team for new IT solution implementation

PROfile:
-Experience on IT HELPDESK / CALL CENTER will be a plus
-Strong competence on Windows2003 server and Windows 2000 professional
