Purpose and Objective of Job
As a role of team assistant, you need to spend 16 working hours per week in ou
r Labs China office to execute the office administrative work to support the w
hole team.

Expectations and Tasks of Job
- Arrange Interviewing between candidates and managers (China, US, German)
- Meeting Rooms Booking
- Plan and coordinate business trips, team outings
- Plan and coordinate office seat changes
- Execute internal reporting and follow-up
- Revise information materials for our team
- Purchasing/Receiving of IT Equipments
- Attend/take Labs China meetings/assignment
- Collect/pick expense claims/ mail letters

Work Experience
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Be willing to take administrative responsibility in a software development d
epartment
- Excellent communications skills
- Good at planning & organizing
- Self motivator and ability of independent and team work with strong drive fo
r results
- Fluent English both in written and oral is a must and German will be a plus

- Good at Microsoft Office tools
