Current Job Openings:
1) 3-4 analysts
Job Description: analysts take a big responsibility on client projects and
are an important part of the project. Some of their duties include:

*Data gathering from one-on-one interviews, blog and BBS analysis, desk
research, surveys, focus groups, and telephone interviews.
*Working directly with CMR's senior management to analyze data to develop
strategic recommendations for clients.
*Present results of work to clients.

Job Qualifications:
*About to complete or already completed a Bachelor's degree. All majors are
welcome.
*No experience necessary but ideal to have 1-2 years strategy consulting
experience with McKinsey or Bain.
*Committment to excellence
*Understanding that hard work and dedication is the key to success
*Good at working in a team
*Confident
*Native level Mandarin skills

Career Path:
There is no set career path for CMR's analysts. Many will be promoted and
stay within the firm and help in our growth by taking roles with more
responsibility. Others will decide to go to the US and other countries and
further their education at universities like Harvard and Stanford. We
believe that the training one gets as an analyst at CMR helps prepare you

The CEO/MD of CMR, Shaun Rein, ww***com[点击查看]
seeks a responsible, organized, and friendly Executive Assistant to the
CEO/ MD who will perform a wide range of administrative and accounting
tasks and report directly to the CEO/ MD.

Major responsibilities:
*Administrative
*Provide general administrative support to CEO/MD and other administrative
staff.
*Schedule and manage the CEO's/MD's calendar.
*Maintain the annual calendar of major deliverables throughout CMR
*Manage incoming mail and telephone calls; answer mail when appropriate
*Help CMR's accountant maintain CMR's financial and accounting files.
*Help or serve as back-up for other day to day accounting functions as
needed.

**If qualifications and interest appropriate, attend meetings with the
CEO/MD

**Provide high-level counsel to the CEO/ MD

Qualifications

*Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail.
*Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
*Motivated individual who can juggle multiple tasks and projects.
*Ability to read, write, and speak English and Mandarin
*Bachelor's Degree
**1-2 years experience with McKinsey or Bain as an analyst


Interns
CMR is also looking for 3-4 interns to help immediately on projects that we
are working on.
