Job Title:
EMC/Wireless Validation Engineer

Job Description:
The Wireless and EMC validation engineer will work closely with Application En
gineer to validate ODM notebook, insuring their good wireless and EMC performa
nce. The candidate will be based in Shanghai – China. The main responsibility
of the candidate will be:

- Define test case and test plan for antenna and EMC, ensuring the t
est coverage and preventing test hole.

- Lead a batch of engineer/tech to conduct antenna and EMC test, dri
ve the project progress, ensuring the test report and be delivered on schedule
.

- Review test report, cooperate with AE to drive issue closure.

- Knowledge training to LOEM and field, training package development
.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in team work, decision making along with abili
ty to multitask in highly matrixed environment

- Self motivated, mature and has the ability to successfully influen
ce and motivate others in a positive manner

- Solid knowledge in electromagnetic is a must, experience in antenn
a design and EMC analysis is a plus.

- Mature English presentation and writing skill is a plus
