Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary:
1. Master data maintain (customer / material / pricing) in SAP for G. China;
2. Help CSP for the order entry (no complex order)
3. Backup sample order and VAT invoice of other CSA
4. Responsible for daily document collection eg ( Fax print document)

Requirements:
1. Diploma degree, learn Janpanese/Korean perfered;
2. Good communication Skill (English/Mandarin)
3. Customer Focus
4. Computer skill ( email, website, Microsoft Office)
5. Phone skill
6. Relationship building & Team Spirit
7. Time Management
