Posotion: ADP Trainee
Program introduction: The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a 24-month rotational program designed to shape the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand. ADP members will hold positions in a least two business unit locations. Rotational assignments are intentionally designed to provide diverse developmental experiences and strenghen core skills to prepare for a successful career within Ingersoll Rand.
Qualifications:
1.2007 graduates with bachelor and above degree, less than 3 yrs working experience
2.good command of English and computer skill
3.Major in:Economics, Accounting, Psychologies, Human Resources, Engineering, etc.
4.strong communication skill and have leadership potential
