Oracle China has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Dalian and two development centers in Beijing and Shenzhen.

Location: Beijing

Roles and responsibilities:

To work as contractors at local Oracle office in normal business hours, by reporting and assisting legal counsels in the following area:

1.To assist local legal counsels in reviewing, drafting, and translating simple or low profile legal documents in accordance with PRC law and Oracle Policies;

2.To conduct legal or other relevant research as per required by GC legal manager and local legal counsels;

3.To handle administrative or occasional secretarial work for local legal counsels; and

4.To handle any other legal or legal dept related work as required.

Requirement on background and tech knowledge

Must have:

-Bachelor’s degree of Law;

-Grade 4 English Testing certificate;

-Good communication and inter-personal skills;

-Basic computer skills;

-Honest and integrity; and

-Willing to learn and work under the pressure.

Good to have:

-Grade6 English Testing certificate; and/or

-Bar qualification; and/or

-Master’s degree of Law.
