职位描述：

Essential Character Set:
• Highly Motivated & self disciplined;
• Responsible and Loyal;
• Excellent execution skills;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to work independently;
Essential Skills Set:
• A track record of successful project management and technical account management assignments.
• Systems development and integration experience in navigation and wireless technologies,hand held devices and WinCE/Linux/Symbian;
• Significant software development, IT, and integration experience;
• Proficiencies in a variety of program management skills such as schedule management, risk management, metrics management technique;
• Experience with direct customer communication and negotiation;
• Academic degree from an accredited college/university;
• Fluent English (preferably mother tongue) and Mandarin;
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the schedule and technical performance of company projects;
• Support in developing new business or expanding the product line with the customer;
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules;
• Identify program problems and obtain solutions;

• 精通多种程序管理技术,如时间管理,风险管理,度量管理技术;
• 能够直接与客户交流,谈判;
• 具有国家承认学历;
• 流利的英语(母语优先考虑)和普通话;
• 出色的沟通交流技巧
工作职责:
• 负责公司项目的时间和技术进程;
• 为客户开发新业务及扩大产品线提供支持;
• 建立监控体系来控制计划与时效;
• 识别程序存在的问题,并提供解决方案
