工作职责：
- 开发灵活稳定的服务器和中间件软件，应用在Internet、Web、Rich media communications；
- 独立工作，完成软件项目开发工作；
- 高质量按时完成项目开发任务；
- 定期报告开发状态。

基本技能和经验：
- 3年以上企业应用软件开发经验；
- 对.Net平台有着丰富知识经验和娴熟的开发技巧 - C#、、、Web service等；
- Visual Studio .NET 2003/2005；
- 对.NET架构丰富的知识和实战经验；
- Sockets知识和经验；
- 在threading、concurrence, critical sections, mutexes等上的丰富经验；
- 精通IIS, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP；
- 精通WAP, xHTML；
- 良好的系统设计、分析和解决问题的技巧；
- 执行软件交付前的单元、集成测试，以及代码优化工作；
- 必须具有中型/大型项目经验；
- 良好的个人和团体工作能力；
- 愿意接受弹性工作制；
- 对任务良好的预计和计划能力。按时并高质量地完成指派的任务；
- 计算机相关专业毕业
- 英语技巧：能够进行英语书面交流，弹性工作时间。

其他技能：
- 掌握软件工程和方法；
- 良好的单元和集成测试技巧；
- 熟悉SOAP, XML, XSLT知识优先；
- 实习数据库设计和开发，熟悉MySQL者优先；
- 熟悉Pocket PC/Smartphone/Windows Mobile 5.0开发者优先。

- Work independently. Responsible software development, as per the project scope.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in enterprise application development.
- Good knowledge and rich practical experience in application development on .NET platform - C#, , , web service, etc.
- Visual Studio .NET 2003/2005.
- Knowledge of .NET architecture, common patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Sockets.
- Experience with threading and concurrence, critical sections, mutexes, etc.
- Experience with - IIS, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP
- Experience with WAP, xHTML.
- Good analytical, designing and problem solving skills.
- Perform unit, integration tests, optimize code before delivering software.
- Previous experience in medium/large scale projects is mandatory.
- Excellent team player. Can work in a team or individually.
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good at estimating and planning tasks. Complete assigned project tasks on time and with high quality.
- BS degree or above in computer science or engineering related area.
- English skills - able to communicate requirements, mostly written; Flexible hours - Some off-hours communication with California company (Pacific Time Zone - GMT-08:00).
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Solid unit and integration testing skills or experience in a mature software organization.
- SOAP, XML, XSLT knowledge is a plus.
- Database design, modeling and developing, MySQL is a plus.
- Pocket PC/Smartphone/Windows Mobile 5.0 development is a plus.
