职位要求: 1.Conference Sales Executive (five people) Basic + Exceptional Commission Job position description: The corporate sales executive is primarily responsible for delegate acquisition for our local and international business conferences. You will work closely with the production teams to identify and qualify through independent research, delegate attendance for our events. Our clients’ include nearly every Fortune 500 Company and, with over 1000 events worldwide per annum, there is always a BSM product that will be in the right place at the right time for our extensive client-base. We will provide you with an environment that is fast paced, competitive and highly sociable where outstanding performers are highly rewarded. This is a fast track route to pick up excellent sales skills, commercial acumen and current business dynamics. Requirements *Fluent in both spoken English and Chinese *Excellent communication skills *The ability to communicate to senior management in both multinational and local companies *Confident and ambitious, highly self-motivated, passionate and persuasive *A quick learner, target-oriented, willing to work under pressure *Strong business acumen and sound corporate knowledge *Team spirit 2.Conference Sponsorship Sales Manager (two people) Basic + Exceptional Commission Job position description: Your job is to sell big sponsorship packages to the company that participates as a sponsor at a specific BSM conference. The position will be responsible for cross-functional communication to ensure that the sponsorship revenue and event brand value are maximized. The working language is English. You will be highly involved in reaching, communicating, and negotiating with right top level decision makers such as Partner or Managing Director. You will closely work with BSM production, marketing, operation and sales department from event designing to the final fulfillment. Attend events to solicit new business. We are looking for the candidate that are ambitious, aggressive, business-style and confident.
