Position 1: Corporate Sales Executive

Job Description
This Corporate Sales position is geared toward individuals who are energetic,
driven, and goal oriented. The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible
for driving direct sales into accounts. The Corporate Sales Rep actively mana
ges the entire sales cycle including lead qualification, prospecting, targetin
g accounts as well as negotiating contracts and closing new business. The ide
al candidate must have a significant background in value selling with a focus
on software and/or services industries.

Overall Responsibilities:
* Prospect the sales territory, contact, qualify and close deals
* Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate new accounts
* Conducting web based sales demonstrations and prepare quotes for customers

* Meet and exceed quarterly quotas
* Forecast sales activity, enter and maintain prospects in CRM System

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* 3-5 years of sales experience
* Both spoken and written English language capability
* Experience developing and maintaining a geographic territory
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and phone skills
* Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
* Proven track record of sales quota accomplishment and over achievement
* Previous structured sales training
* A willingness to grow with the division and assist in forming the strategic
vision for new programs.
* BS in Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experienc
e.

The Corporate Sales Executives will be supporting the following geographic ter
ritories:

 Korea
 Taiwan
 Singapore or Malaysia (for S.E. Asia)
 Japan
 Hong Kong
 Japan

The ideal candidates are natives from the respective regions, have a strong ba
ckground in software sales, and understand the local market.

Position 2: Sales Finance Accountant

Major Responsibility:

1. Set up the Account Receivable module for each customer
2. Be responsible for cash collection and track customer payments
3. Create each customer's invoice, print and mail the invoices to customers
4. Take inquiry from costomers for billing questions

Requirements:

1. College degree or above
2. 2+ years experience in the related field
3. Skilled in interpersonal communication
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
5. Experience in Oracle applications preferred

Position 3: Senior IT Engineer

Major Responsibility:

1. Helpdesk for Asia, Pacific Japan sales and support engineers
 Tier-1 supports for the desktop applications. Escalation to India and
US IS team for AD, EMAIL, Pivotal and Remedy application issues.
 Secure knowledge and experience is priority

2. Local IT supports
 Mail /FTP/DNS: Internal service management; Backup mail and FTP monit
or DNS/DHCP maintenance;
 PBX: Manage extension number, voice mail, IP phone; Interface to PBX
in case of problem;
 Server: Prepare server from hardware installation up to the basic ope
rating system level;
 Maintain anti-virus service for all the desktops;
 LAN networking supports and configurations.

Requirements:

1. BS degree or above, Computer Science major or equivalent
2. 3+ years working experience
3. Good team working, Good oral & written English
4. Familiar Exchange 2000/2003 is preferred,
5. CCNA /MCSE certificate is preferred

Position 4 : CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Application Administrator&
#8194;

Major Responsibilities:

Administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating function.
Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks.
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6 years of expe
rience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, pra
ctices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and jud
gment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under g
eneral supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Experience with Pivotal highly desired.

Requirements:
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent in work experienceQ
94;    
Strong client-side and server-side programming skills. Prior experience with G
UI programming is preferred.
4 years of ASP and SQL programming experience.
4 years experience in enterprise web application development, familiar with XM
L, JavaScript, D/HTML, etc.
Working knowledge of .NET application servers, rules engine and integration te
chnologies.
Close attention to details and quality, ability for multi-tasking and performi
ng well under pressure.
Ability and desire to learn quickly and be flexible.
Good communications skills
