Main Responsibility:
- Contact Management: customer, partner, internal, factory
- Documentation: Service Report, factory original database,photo,Hard Copy,Softcopy
- Reporting:
- Asset Management, Service stock & inventory management
- Field Service Admin: Field service database-type of service, standard quotation, service calendar
- Service partner management:
- Standardization of tools list, PPE, namecard
- Contact
- Guideline + standard form
- Service report + field service satisfaction survey fax, cost, internal repair report
- Repair/warranty Admin: RMA database, quotation, warranty procedure
- Training Management: Organizing training class, schedule, souvenier, grocery, training participant accomodation & transport arrangement
- Purchasing & expenses Monitoring: stationery purchase, namecard
- Logistic

Requirements:
- Skillful to use MS-Office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Positive self motivation
- Girl only
- Location: Minhang District
