职位描述：
Job Description
The position is in Snack & Beverage Group in R&D organization in Beijing. Responsible for generating annual revenue through technology out-licensing of a portfolio of patented technologies. Responsible for identifying technology acquisition opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities include
(1)Identifying sustainable pipeline of revenue generating out-licensing opportunities
(2)Lead the technical interface between P&G and non-P&G partners
(3)Identify potential product applications
(3)Proactively connect internally and externally keeping a pulse on new innovations and technology/product applications.

Qualification Required:
1)Master degree and or above in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Nutrition, Medical science, and or any related.
2)Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to operate relatively independent, elevating issues/risks appropriately. Ability to envision the future, engage people to align to vision and lead the execution of these programs.
3)Strategic Thinking: Need to lead technical innovation with a wide variety of partners. Ability to develop new business models and think beyond what currently exists today.
4)Strong Collaboration Skills: Must be able to work across functions, cultures and corporations
5)Entrepreneurial: Needs to feel comfortable managing ambiguity.
6)Good command of the English Language, both written and verbal.
7)Can handle frequent travels
8)Beijing Hukou is preferred
